Gourmet Catering Ltd aims to ensure that all products manufactured by the company are of the highest quality and are produced, stored and distributed under the safe and hygienic conditions with the aim in mind, it is our policy to train staff at all levels in all relevant aspects of food hygiene.

We also work with all staff aiming to constantly raise hygiene standards and recognise that it’ is essential to implement proper routines to minimise hygiene hazards. Furthermore the establishment has proper written procedures which will monitor such routines and disciplines.

The successful application of these principles will not only ensure that the company is complying with statutory requirements to demonstrate due diligence in all aspects of its food production and distribution but will also help to ensure that the company’s products are of the highest quality and meet the requirements of the customers and consumers.
