1. Goods supplied at all times remain the property of GOURMET
CATERING LTD
2. Full payment to be made before collection/delivery, PLUS deposit.
3. Items returned dirty will incur a 20% washing charge.
4. The HIRER is responsible for loss or damage to goods, from the
time of delivery or collection to collection or return.
5. All shortages, breakages, damage or loss of containers will be
charged.
6. Goods returned/collected unwashed will be counted after washing
and deposit returned by post after the equipment has been checked
by authorized staff. Where the deposit is not sufficient to cover
the replacement cost the HIRER is liable for the balance.
7. Queries on goods delivered must be notified immediately.
8. As goods are at your risk, it is advisable to arrange all risks
insurance for in excess of 25 times the value of the order.
9. Loss/Damage will be charged at replacement cost. No other goods
will be accepted.
10. Losses under £10.00 must be paid in cash. Minimum charges
accepted by cheques Is £10.00.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for injury or damage, however
caused, by the hire equipment.
12. Prices quoted are for one day's hire only.
