Terms & Conditions
1.Written confirmation is required from the client for all provisional and final bookings.
2.Bookings are finalised only when confirmation and deposit are received from Gourmet Catering Ltd
3.Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and charges are as follows: 3 days notice 50% - 2 days notice we will charge you the full amount of the order.
4.50% deposit is required at least two weeks prior to the function, the balance being due the day before of the function.
5.For numbers fewer than 20 people a surcharge of £50 may be levied.
6.All food and catering services shall be exclusively provided by Gourmet Catering Ltd
7. Tasting a minimum charge of £100 for 2 peoples if the event goes ahead no charge will be made
8.Delivery Charge in London area £30.00
9. Gourmet Catering Ltd confirms that they have and will maintain sufficient Public Liability Insurance for events of the nature of the booking.
