1. Written confirmation is required from the client for all provisional and final bookings. Bookings are finalised only when confirmation is received from GOURMET CATERING Ltd

2. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and charges are as follows: Less than 3 working days 50%

3. For numbers fewer than 20 people a surcharge of £50 may be levied.

4. All food and catering shall be exclusively provided by GOURMET CATERING Ltd

5. For new clients a 75% deposit is required at least two weeks prior to the function, the balance being due the day before or on the day of the function.

6. For established or existing clients payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

7. GOURMET CATERING Ltd confirms that they have and will maintain sufficient Public Liability Insurance for events of the nature of the booking.
